Napzio™ Return & Exchange Policy
At Napzio™, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to assist you.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.

Products showing signs of use, washing, damage after delivery, or altered condition will not be eligible for return.

If a return is requested for reasons other than damage or defect, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount. All returned items undergo quality inspection before approval.

3. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • The product is unused and in original condition.
  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item has not been washed, altered, or damaged.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or process the request accordingly.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Clear photos or a short video of the product
  • Completed return/exchange request form (if applicable)
