You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage after delivery, or altered condition will not be eligible for return.
If a return is requested for reasons other than damage or defect, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount. All returned items undergo quality inspection before approval.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or process the request accordingly.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
